Long time Calgary Chef Dwayne Ennest offers locally raised beef, elk, bison and game prepared in an easy going Southwestern style. To further the experience, our wine list presents some interesting selections that are often lesser known and from smaller producers. The wine cellar is on display in one of the private dining rooms where guests can admire the great collection. The ambience is western elegance, elements include rustic wooden tables, black table cloths and large fireplaces that cast their glow throughout the rooms.
